Job Title: Plumber (Social Housing - Repairs & Gas Works) Job Type: Permanent Salary: £36,500 - £37,000 per annum Company Van & Fuel Card Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and reliable Plumber to work on a social housing contract, delivering high-quality day-to-day repairs and maintenance. The role will primarily involve general plumbing works (approximately 80%), with a smaller proportion of gas-related tasks (approximately 20%), carried out in occupied residential properties. Key Responsibilities: Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance in social housing properties Diagnose and resolve plumbing faults efficiently and safely Undertake basic gas works including cap-offs and drop-downs (where appropriately qualified) Ensure all works are completed in line with current regulations and safety standards Provide a professional, customer-focused service to tenants Accurately complete job records and compliance paperwork Requirements: NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing (or equivalent) Domestic Gas qualification and Gas Safe registration Proven experience in domestic plumbing repairs Experience working within social housing or occupied properties (desirable) If interested in the role, please apply with your CV or contact Josh on 07594 519040.
