About the Role
Were looking for an experienced and driven Site Manager (Plant Manager) to join our Manufacturing team at our Ellesmere Port site. This is an exciting opportunity to take full ownership of a busy production operation, leading from the front to deliver excellence in safety, quality, cost, and performance.
Youll play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our pallet and case manufacturing functionmeeting customer demand while driving continuous improvement across the site.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage the manufacturing operation to meet output, budget, and performance targets
2. Take full accountability for Health & Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery (SQCD)
3. Ensure timber stock levels are effectively managed to support production and new business growth
4. Develop, motivate, and lead a high-performing team through strong leadership and engagement
