What The Job Will Look Like Each day you'll enjoy a variety of challenges such as: Act as a trusted technical advisor and critical support partner to the Commercial team, shaping future processes and IT landscape. Co-create and drive the IT solution roadmap for customer-management platforms, partnering with internal and external stakeholders. Oversee technical developments and end-to-end operations of customer-management and engagement platforms. Serve as project manager, ensuring excellence in execution across all initiatives within Customer & Campaign Management. Ensure quality in execution, timely delivery of projects, and alignment with business goals and KPIs. Communicate and report IT demands, project progress, and service KPIs to all relevant stakeholders. What You’ll Bring To The Table To make the most of this role and truly thrive, you should have: Master’s degree in (business) computer science, engineering, or a comparable field. 5–7 years’ experience in complex, international IT enterprise organizations. Strong background in business processes for the sales domain (e.g., field force, KAM, MSL). Technical expertise in Veeva CRM and experience with omnichannel initiatives in Pharma, especially marketing automation. Proven project management skills for large, complex projects and experience in process and change management.
