We are seeking an experienced delivery focused Delivery Project Manager with strong expertise across cloud platforms application delivery and payments acquiring technologies This role is pivotal in leading complex cross domain initiatives spanning payment processing systems cloud infrastructure and enterprise application development The ideal candidate will combine technical fluency with strong execution leadership to orchestrate teams manage dependencies and ensure consistent high quality delivery in a fast paced environment

The places that you work from day to day will vary according to your role, your needs, and those of the business; it will be a blend of Company offices, client sites, and your home; noting that you will be unable to work at home 100% of the time.
Your Role:
1. Project Delivery Execution
2. Lead end to end delivery of strategic initiatives across Core Acquiring ensuring scope timelines budget and quality are fully met
3. Build and maintain comprehensive delivery plans resource models RAID logs and communication structures
4. Coordinate interdependent workstreams across cloud infrastructure provisioning API services integration and application engineering cycles
5. Drive disciplined execution using both Agile and hybrid delivery models ensuring alignment with enterprise governance
6. Stakeholder Governance Management
7. Act as the primary point of contact for business engineering infrastructure vendors and leadership stakeholders
8. Run governance forums including status reviews steering committees and risk escalation cycles
9. Ensure transparent reporting structured communication and timely decision making across all parties
10. Technical Cloud Coordination
11. Lead delivery of platform and infrastructure deployments across AWS containerised environments and on prem cloud hybrid ecosystems
12. Partner with engineering teams to manage application rollouts CICD pipelines API onboarding and environment readiness
Ensure all releases meet security compliance performance and operational resiliency expectations
13. Coordinate integration across payment gateways message flows and acquiring systems
14. Risk Compliance Change Management
15. Proactively identify and mitigate delivery risks technical constraints and cross platform dependencies
16. Manage scope and requirement changes through structured change control processes
17. Build business continuity resilience and disaster recovery considerations into all delivery plans
18. Maintain compliance with regulatory security and operational standards relevant to financial services
Your Skills:
19. Exceptional communication stakeholder management and cross team leadership skills
20. Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives in a highly matrixed environment
21. Proficiency with delivery tooling such as MS Project Jira Confluence or similar platforms
22. Experience managing deliveries in regulated high availability financial services environment
Required Qualifications
23. Bachelor’s degree in computer science engineering or related technical discipline
24. PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum certification preferred
25. Proven experience delivering cloud application or platform based projects within payments or acquiring ecosystems
26. Strong understanding of payment processing API integrations cloud infrastructure fundamentals networking and application lifecycle management
27. Demonstrated ability to operate in Agile Scrum Waterfall or hybrid delivery frameworks
