Following major product integration and platform investment, the organisation is scaling its enterprise partnerships function, with retail finance identified as the single largest commercial growth driver over the next 12–24 months.
As a result, the Senior Business Development Manager role sits at the heart of this expansion: owning the mid-market tier, opening new verticals, and delivering high-impact point-of-sale and retail finance partnerships.
You’ll operate in a true new-business capacity, building relationships in the market, creating opportunities, and helping shape how the organisation wins in sectors with significant untapped potential.
Role Remit
* Lead new business acquisition across regional and mid-market retail brands
* Originate and close point-of-sale and retail finance partnerships
* Identify merchants underserved by legacy providers or new to finance adoption
* Develop co-branded and embedded consumer finance programmes
* Engage senior commercial and operational stakeholders
* Contribute to vertical strategy and go-to-market planning
While Strategic BDMs focus on the largest national enterprise deals, you will own the tier immediately below, a space rich with opportunity and faster deal velocity.
