We are currently seeking a dedicated Area Catering Manager to ensure the smooth operation of our services at Chartwells. This is a full-time position, contracted for 40 hours per week.

Your Shift Pattern:
* Monday to Friday - Days Only
Please note: This role is contracted for 45 weeks per year.

Here’s what you’ll be responsible for:
* Plan and implement growth strategies for new and existing business, leading the development of long-term account plans.
* Support the sales team in creating financially sound bids and proposals, ensuring operationally sound contracts.
* Drive profitability for the region by leading and supporting teams across various schools.
* Review contract performance, identify improvements, and ensure compliance to exceed client expectations.
* Analyze customer feedback to identify requirements and deliver exceptional satisfaction.
* Communicate strategies to your team and implement improvements for maximum performance.
* Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including strategic clients.
Our Ideal Area Manager Will:
* Have senior management experience leading operational teams to achieve results.
* Come from a contract catering background.
* Have successfully led change programs to deliver operational benefits.
* Be experienced in working within brand guidelines to achieve results.
* Have a background in highly commercial and price-sensitive markets.
* Possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Have managed senior-level third-party relationships.
