Role: Senior Site Engineer - Setting out Engineer role for Earthworks / Groundworks Contractor - Outside IR35
Location: Port Talbot, Wales
Day rate: £350 - £420/day with or without kit negotiable rate 18 months work min
PS yes I have seen another advert down there but this is for a proper Contractor not a environment consultancy and is outside IR35
Our client is currently looking for a Senior Site Engineer / Solid Setting out engineer with earthworks, groundworks, drainage, piling experience to get started end of July Port Talbot area on a major new project.
Role:
Setting out lines and levels for earthworks, ducting, piling, Groundworks Drainage etc
Reviewing RAMS, ITPs, producing as builts
Setting out and surveying using total station/ surveying GPS
Preparing and maintaining QA documentation
Liasing with the senior management team
Liasing with the external design team
Managing subcontractors; checking and maintaining QA and HSE standards
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience within civil engineering, preferably in Earthworks or Groundworks sector
CSCS
HNC/ HND in Civil Engineering minimum
