Hours: Full and part time opportunities
Salary: £ - £ per hour (depending on experience)
Starting pay is £ during training rising to £ on successful completion of training and a further uplift to £ following completion of SVQ 3.

What you’ll do:
7. Support residents with daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect at all times.
8. Assist in care planning, and record-keeping.
9. Administer medication
10. Learn leadership skills to supervise and guide care staff.
11. Promote a safe, caring, and positive environment.
What we’re looking for:
12. Experienced Care/Support Worker with a minimum of SVQ 2
13. Registered with the SSSC
14. Compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.
15. Good communication and teamwork skills.
16. Willingness to attend our Senior Care Worker Training Programme and develop into the senior role.
