Hours of work including shift pattern:
38.5 hours per week, 12-hour rotational Day and Night shift pattern:
Week 1 = 7am - 7pm working Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun (Weds and Thu off)
Week 2 = 7am - 7pm working Weds and Thu (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun off)
Week 3 = 7pm – 7am working Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun (Weds and Thu off)
Week 4 = 7pm – 7am working Weds and Thu (Mon, Tue, Fri, Sat & Sun off)
Salary
: starting at £30,679.29 per annum (inclusive of Shift Allowance)

The job role
* Perform routine quality control testing using approved methods and procedures.
* Accurately enter and report test results in the LIMS database.
* Identify, report, and act on any issues affecting test accuracy or sample integrity.
* Test internal reference samples and take appropriate corrective actions.
* Adhere to ISO9001 and ISO14001 standards and all Health & Safety procedures.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised laboratory environment in line with 5S principles.
* Conduct "Take 5" safety assessments and follow risk and COSHH guidance.
* Support continuity of QC operations, including potential to deputise for Shift Supervisors when required.
