Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Recruitment Support Specialist located in out Cambuslang office 2 days per
eek and from home 3 days per week

The Recruitment Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting the recruitment process, including preparing and posting job advertisements, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers. The role also involves maintaining recruitment databases, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and providing excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a recruitment support role is essential.
* Experience in preparing and posting job advertisements and screening applications
* Skills in scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
* Competence in maintaining recruitment databases and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies
* Ability to provide excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring and onboaring process
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in using recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
