A fantastic opportunity to join a friendly, well-established company in the construction sector. Working in the western outskirts of Fareham, you will be responsible for a range of duties such as:
Recording, processing and matching of invoices across 6 entities
Reconciling supplier statements
Resolving supplier queries
Opening Supplier Accounts
Preparing e-payment schedules & forecasts
Performing regular account reconciliations
Supporting sales ledger
Assisting with financial reporting, supporting audits where needed
Use of Sage 50 software & Excel
The company are ideally looking for someone to work 4 days a week, 9am-5pm, salary of circa £29,000 - £32,000 full-time equivalent.
The company would love to hear from those who have full AAT qualification, but this is not essential. You will need strong previous Sage experience, good time management and any experience working in the construction sector would be an advantage. You will need your own transport due to location, the company does have onsite parking.
