Job Duties:
* Assist in the implementation of educational programmes and interventions
* Provide support to students with special educational needs
* Conduct assessments and observations to support student learning and development
* Collaborate with teachers and educational professionals to create tailored learning plans
* Offer guidance and counselling to students when needed
Required Qualifications:
* Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Psychology
* Experience working in an educational setting
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a team
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology
Experience:
Prior experience working in an educational environment
Knowledge and Skills:
* Understanding of child development and learning theories
* Knowledge of special educational needs and interventions
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues
Preferred Qualifications:
* Postgraduate qualification in Educational Psychology
* Experience working with children with diverse needs
