Morson Edge is partnering with a successful Facilities Management Business in Leeds to find a hands-on HR Advisor/HR Generalist to join this small, friendly team. Candidates looking for full-time Monday to Friday and part-time (4 days a week) hours will be considered. This is a 6-month fixed term contract position with the possibility of becoming permanent.
You will be responsible for providing practical, day-to-day HR support across the business. This is a busy, fast-paced role, ideal for someone who is confident, resilient, and able to get stuck-in.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and support disciplinary, sickness, and capability matters
* Provide clear, practical HR advice to managers
* Train and upskill managers on core HR topics and best practice
* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries
* Draft and issue contracts, contract amendments, pay letters, and related documentation
* Lead and support employee wellbeing initiatives
* Drive and promote the Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) agenda
* Support the go-live and implementation of a new HR system
