As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in electrical engineering across transformational programmes for critical UK infrastructure, with opportunities to work on iconic projects domestically and internationally.
Our expertise spans multiple sectors including Water, Aviation, Defence, Energy, Cities & Development, and Education. We deliver industry-leading engineering solutions throughout the project lifecycle, providing client-side support and overseeing construction phases. Your Responsibilities
* Lead and manage teams undertaking high-quality technical design work following relevant standards and codes.
* Define project briefs, scopes of work, and contribute to bid proposals.
* Manage time and budgets effectively to meet project milestones.
* Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver integrated design solutions.
* Establish quality assurance standards in design processes.
* Develop and manage electrical engineering capabilities within the practice.
Qualifications and Skills
* Chartered Electrical Engineer.
* Experience in design delivery, including multidisciplinary projects.
* Deep knowledge of electrical systems (LV and HV), motor control, electrical installations, HAZOP assessments, DSEAR/ATEX practices, SLD/BCD production, earthing and bonding, and familiarity with UK standards.
