Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP Service S/4HANA Consultant to support ongoing SAP initiatives, enhancements, and support activities. The successful candidate will play a key role in configuring, implementing, and optimizing SAP Service solutions, ensuring alignment with business processes and service management objectives.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support SAP Service module implementations, enhancements, and support activities
* Configure and customize SAP Service functionalities including service orders, notifications, contracts, warranties, and installed base
* Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications
* Integrate SAP CS with other SAP modules such as SD, PM, MM, and FI/CO
* Provide expertise in service processing, field service, and customer support workflows
* Support data migration, testing (unit, integration, UAT), and deployment activities
* Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, providing ongoing support and optimization
* Create and maintain documentation including functional specs, process flows, and user guides
* Deliver user training and knowledge transfer where required
Required Skills & Experience
* Proven experience as an SAP CS Consultant (typically 5+ years)
* Strong configuration expertise in SAP Customer Service module
* Solid understanding of service management processes and best practices
* Experience integrating SAP CS with SD (Sales & Distribution) and PM (Plant Maintenance)
* Hands-on experience with service orders, service contracts, and installed base management
* Ability to work independently in a contract environment with minimal supervision
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Desirable Skills
* Experience with S/4HANA Customer Service or Service Management
* Knowledge of SAP CRM or SAP Service Cloud integration
* Familiarity with Fiori apps and SAP UI5
* Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
* SAP certification in Customer Service or related module (preferred)
