We have a fantastic new job opportunity for a driven and experienced Sales and Marketing Managerwith experience working in property sales and marketing including shared ownership and re-sales, proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team and excellent communication skills.
Working as the Sales and Marketing Manager you will lead the sales operations across a range of exciting residential projects, including shared ownership, open market sales, extra care, retirement living, re-sales and staircasing.
Reporting to the Head of Development, and managing a Sales consultant, the Sales and Marketing Manager will lead the delivery of the Sales and Marketing programmes, ensuring sales targets are achieved while maintaining the highest standards of service.
You’ll take ownership of developing and implementing the Sales and Marketing Strategy, managing budgets, reporting on KPIs and identifying new opportunities for growth.
DUTIES
Your duties as Sales and Marketing Managerwill include:
1. Leading, motivating, and managing the sales team to meet ambitious sales targets
2. Producing and delivering the Sales & Marketing Strategy and associated policies
3. Preparing and monitoring sales forecasts, budgets, and monthly performance reports
4. Managing key risks associated with sales and ensuring statutory compliance
5. Developing strong working relationships with estate agents, partners, and stakeholders
6. Creating accurate, engaging sales and marketing materials
7. Managing the sales process for new homes, re-sales, and staircasing
8. Ensuring high standards of customer service at all stages of the sales journey
9. Promoting good news stories and supporting the organisation’s reputation in the community
10. Line management duties including 1-1s, absence management, and supporting colleague development
11. Working in liaison with the Sales Consultant across all sales activities
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Essential
12. Experience working in property sales and marketing including shared ownership re-sales and staircasing
13. Proven ability to lead, manage and motivate a team
14. Strong attention to detail, able to deliver to deadlines and manage competing priorities
15. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
16. IT literate, with strong skills across Microsoft Office applications
17. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for business use
Desirable
18. A recognised marketing qualification
19. Experience working for a housing association, developer, or estate agency sales consultancy
A Standard DBS check will be required, in accordance with the organisation’s Anti-Money Laundering Policy
