A few years ago, a small but deeply technical team set out to solve a problem that performance marketers knew all too well. This next phase requires sharper product leadership, closer alignment with customers, and someone who can connect commercial reality with technical execution.
That is where this Senior Product Manager comes in.
This role represents the next chapter in the product journey. Reporting directly into the Chief Product Officer, you will take ownership of two of the company’s most critical product areas, both central to revenue, retention, and future growth. You will be trusted to operate as the owner of your products, shaping direction, prioritising investment, and influencing how the platform evolves as the business scales.
Your day to day will be hands on and varied. You will define MVPs, guide features from concept through to launch, and ensure what is built genuinely solves customer problems. You will work closely with engineering, data, sales, and leadership, bringing clarity where there is complexity and momentum where there is urgency. You will spend time with customers, understand how they measure success, and translate those insights into product decisions that drive measurable impact.
This is also a role with people responsibility. You will mentor and manage a Product Owner, helping them grow while ensuring delivery remains tight, focused, and commercially aligned. Communication is key here. Whether presenting a roadmap to leadership, supporting a sales conversation, or sitting with a customer to understand their challenges, you will be confident, credible, and clear.
The team is looking for someone who understands the realities of AdTech and performance marketing, particularly across Google PPC, Performance Max, or affiliate marketing. You do not need to be perfect across everything, but you do need to bring strong industry understanding, curiosity, and the ability to ramp quickly. Product management experience matters, but mindset matters more. This is a scale up environment that rewards ownership, adaptability, and hunger.
