Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based on the outskirts of Bury St Edmunds, who are looking for an Accounts and Administrator Assistant. You must have proven experience in accounting and administrative role, preferably within a similar industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage account processes, ensuring timely and accurate payments to suppliers and vendors.
* Maintain financial records using accounting software
* Prepare and process sales invoices and payment requests.
* Bank reconciliations.
* Administer sales receipts.
* Managing the company pension scheme.
Previous Skills & Experience:
* Proficiency in accounting software such as Xero and Dext is essential.
* Familiar or have used Opera 3 for payroll.
* Familiar with the functions of sales financing.
* Strong understanding of accounts processes and financial record management.
* Excellent attention to detail with strong organisational skills.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
