Duties:
6. Assist in managing day-to-day workshop operations ensuring efficiency and productivity
7. Supervise technician activities including PDI, servicing, and diagnostics
8. Control workshop workflow and delegate tasks appropriately
9. Price jobs accurately and effectively to maintain profitability
10. Take on assistant manager responsibilities, supporting the Service Centre Manager
11. Handle keyholder responsibilities including alarm security and access control
12. Contribute to recruitment efforts to build a skilled and motivated team
13. Drive new business and enhance customer satisfaction levels
Requirements:
14. Proven experience working within an automotive service environment, ideally in a supervisory or assistant managerial role
15. Strong understanding of workshop processes, diagnostics, and vehicle repairs
16. Excellent organisational and leadership skills with the ability to manage a busy workshop
17. Good communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and customers
18. Flexible attitude to working hours, with the ability to cover rota shifts as needed
19. Enthusiastic with a proactive approach to improving workshop performance
