Morgan Hunt is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor for a contract of around 1 year.
The salary is £43k and the main duties of the role are:
* raising POs,
* compiling valuation templates,
* evaluating monthly applications,
* issuing Payment Certificates,
* carrying out site visits/measures,
* agreeing and scrutinising variations,
* issuing practical completion,
* dealing with retentions,
* concluding final accounts.
* Experience using SBCC and NEC contracts
The client will be looking for someone to start ASAP.
