Pay Rate: £12.20 – £14.90ph dependent on grade and experience
Hours: 37 per weekSleep-in Allowance additional if required

What will your responsibilities be?
1. Support individuals with complex needs in a person-centred, engaging way
2. Assist the Team Leader with staff supervision and development
3. Manage service rotas and contribute to support package planning and delivery
4. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations
5. Participate in shared on-call rota and work evenings/weekends as needed

Qualifications & Experience:
To be successful in this role you must have,
11. Diploma or NVQ Level 1/2 or 3 essential for some roles
12. Car Driver
13. Experience supporting people with complex needs
14. Strong organisational and communication skills
15. A positive, team-oriented attitude
