This opportunity is for a Head Chef who takes pride in precision, structure and consistency—someone who understands the discipline behind fine dining and has a genuine respect for classical French techniques.
The kitchen is built around seasonal, produce-led cooking, executed to a high standard, and supported by a professional, well-organised brigade. You’ll be stepping into a role where you can take full responsibility—from shaping menus to developing the team and driving performance day to day.

• £60–65k salary depending on experience

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has a proven background as a Head Chef within fine dining
• Is confident with French cuisine and classical techniques
• Leads from the front and sets the tone in the kitchen
• Understands the commercial side—GP, cost control, rotas
• Is consistent, composed and detail-focused during service
