Change Grow Live Warwickshire is seeking a Quality Lead to join our team. We are committed to improving our services and are looking for someone with the same ambition.
About the role
The post holder will ensure high-quality service delivery across all sites in Warwickshire, focusing on user-centered and aspirational work with service users to achieve their goals, including quality of life, social reintegration, and reduction in substance misuse.
As part of the management team, responsibilities include quality assurance, conducting audits, staff coaching, training, risk management, compliance, incident review, and service improvement.

Hours and Salary
Full-time: 37.5 hours/week. Salary: £35,220.59 - £37,184.91, dependent on experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead quality improvement initiatives through audits and governance.
* Identify good practices and areas for development, creating action plans.
* Support practice observation, coaching, and training.
* Coordinate quality audits and investigate incidents, disseminating learning and compiling reports.
* Review service user feedback for continuous improvement.
Candidate Profile
Experience in social care and substance misuse sectors, knowledge of CQC regulations, skills in audits, incident investigation, training delivery, and stakeholder influence. Strong communication, organizational skills, empathy, professionalism, and commitment to equality and diversity are essential.
