Job Description Salesperson / Customer Services AdvisorWorking hours are Monday to Friday 8:30 am-5:30pm.Salary- basic £23,000 pa, after a probationary period we pay uncapped commission on sales.

Duties:
All aspects of the sales department.
Dealing with part sales by phone, email and face to face.
Ensuring the sale is completed and dealing with customer enquiries
Stock management and inventory
Invoicing
mainly office based role with potential for some travel nationally and internationally.
Skills/Qualifications:
Ability to work as part of a team
Computer Literacy essential
Excellent customer relationship skills
Confidence to deal with customer enquiries by telephone, face to face and email
Exhibits a positive can do attitude
Shows initiative
Knowledge of Tractors and the Agricultural Industry, preferably experience in the spare parts industry.
Training provided for inexperienced candidates who show the right qualities
