This is a newly awarded 5-year contract, providing long-term stability and enabling the business to expand its mechanical maintenance division. Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Key Responsibilities: As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across a range of commercial building services plant, ensuring all works are completed in line with contractual SLAs.
