About the Role
Could you be a Senior Clinical Support Worker at UHNM? Are you kind, compassionate, and looking to develop in your career as a Senior Clinical Support Worker? The role of the Senior Clinical Support Worker in the Trust is different depending upon the ward or department the role is based, however you would be delivering care and support to our patients, learning new skills in assessment and documentation, as well as working as part of the wider team to deliver an excellent patient experience.

You will be delivering care and support to our patients, learning new skills in assessment and documentation, and working with the wider team to ensure an excellent patient experience.
Qualifications
 * + GCSE or equivalent for Maths and English, equivalent to current grade 4/C or Level 2 Functional Skills Maths/English.
 * + Hold a full Care Certificate which includes both theoretical and practical sign off by an employer. Online only Care Certificates will NOT be accepted.
 * OR hold an NVQ Level 3 Award in Health and Social Care (must be accredited by a regulated awarding body).
 * Condition of Employment – if the candidate holds a Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care but has no Care Certificate, they can be considered for the role; however, they must complete the National Care Certificate within 3 months of commencing employment in the Band 3 Senior Clinical Support Worker role.
