We need someone who isn’t afraid to mix things up and help us keep the brand alive through great customer service.
Responsibilities
* Support the store management team in driving sales and profit by delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
* Demonstrate and uphold the company values and vision while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
* Offer expert advice to customers, sharing knowledge about the over 2,000 products, their natural ingredients, and ethical sourcing via Community Trade programmes.
* Engage proactively with customers, recommend products that match their preferences and lifestyles, and share the Body Shop philosophy.
Qualifications
* Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers – customer service experience preferred.
* Excellent communication and listening abilities.
* A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
* Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
