Recruiter (EMEA) - Interim (3 Months) - Heathrow
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join a dynamic HR team on a 3-month interim basis. You will manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple roles, ensuring a strong candidate experience while partnering closely with hiring managers to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities
1. Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and define sourcing strategies
2. Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers
3. Source candidates via job boards, social media, referrals, and events
4. Conduct phone, virtual, and in-person interviews
5. Coordinate interviews and maintain a smooth process
6. Review applications and recommend candidates
7. Support selection decisions and hiring processes
8. Assist with offer management and candidate communication
9. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
10. Build relationships with agencies, job boards, and universities
11. Support onboarding and new hire documentation
12. Assist with recruitment events and outreach initiatives
Requirements
Experience
13. 2+ years' recruiting experience
14. Agency and/or in-house experience advantageous
15. Experience with recruitment events or employer branding is a plus
Education
16. Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
17. Master's degree preferred
