Yorkshire Ambulance Service (YAS) has exciting developments and opportunities ahead. We are seeking highly motivated, enthusiastic individuals to join us as PTS Non-Emergency Ambulance Controllers within PTS Logistics.
This is a fixed-term role covering maternity leave, ending on 31.03.26. Candidates who have applied within the last 3 months cannot reapply.
The role involves working towards agreed objectives and assisting with the delivery of contractual KPIs. Using a computerized scheduling system, you will be responsible for scheduling patient transport requests to ambulance resources on the day of travel.
Effective communication on all levels is essential. The successful applicant must be able to work independently or as part of a team and use their initiative.

You will have:
* Experience in a patient/customer-focused environment (Essential)
* Understanding of performance standards and customer care
* Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
* Excellent telephony skills
