This role involves working within a small, multi-skilled estates team, following a planned maintenance framework and responding to reactive works within UHDB sites.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out routine and non-routine maintenance work, including planned, corrective, and breakdown tasks, using your own initiative.
2. Ensuring compliance with all safety standards and procedures to maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
3. Recognizing the required standards and applying the relevant remedial work to resolve issues effectively.
