About the Role As a Prep Room Operative, you will be responsible for preparing fresh produce for production while maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Your duties will include: • Produce Preparation – trimming, peeling, slicing and preparing fresh produce according to written specifications • Machinery & Tool Usage – safely operating knives and specialised preparation machines • Production Targets – following daily production sheets to meet customer requirements • Maintenance – reporting any equipment issues or breakdowns to supervisors • Hygiene & Safety – maintaining a clean and organised work area and following strict food safety and HACCP procedures.
