Purpose of Role

A key role in ensuring accurate, consistent and accessible planning and production information across internal and third-party manufacturing operations. The role is responsible for maintaining critical planning and production data, standardising processes, and supporting reliable execution, while providing visibility into performance to enable informed decision making. This position works closely with the Planning Team, Production Administrators, and Customer Service teams, contributing to operational efficiency, integrity and maturity, and supports continuous improvement initiatives across production and planning.

Expected Activities

* Raise manufacturing orders, formulate recipes and generate production labels in line with approved schedules, ensuring production documentation is accurate and complete.
* Maintain and govern planning and production data sets, applying production knowledge to challenge data, investigate discrepancies and drive timely corrections with accountable owners.
* Own the maintenance and integrity of production and planning system data relating to third-party manufacturing, ensuring information supports reliable planning and execution.
* Lead the standardisation of formulation, documentation and planning processes across the wider division, supporting consistency, compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Own the maintenance and development of KPIs and dashboards that support SIOP governance, performance visibility, and decision making.
* Support alignment between scheduling, planning, production administration and customer service to resolve planning or execution issues, escalate risks and ensure operational continuity.
