We're looking for a warm, reliable and enthusiastic Nursery Assistant to work within a friendly nursery within West London. Key Responsibilities: - Support children aged 6 months to 4 years in line with the EYFS (Early Years Foundation Stage) - Build strong positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. - Maintain a safe, clean and nurturing environment at all times. - Observe and report on children's progress and wellbeing. - Help with meal times, personal care (nappy changing, toileting), and general day-to-day routines. Requirements: - Working with children aged 0-5 years (nursery or similar setting) - A passion for working with children - Good communication skills - Patient, creative and calm individuals - Understanding of safeguarding and child protection principals - Level 2 or 3 in childcare or equivalent
