Teaching Personnel is proud to be working in partnership with a supportive and specialist SEN school in Bournemouth, catering to secondary-aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
We are currently seeking a flexible and committed KS3/KS4 Teacher to join the school on a full-time basis from September. This is a fantastic opportunity for an adaptable teacher who is confident delivering a variety of subjects across different year groups.
About the Role:
* Position: KS3/KS4 Teacher (General Subjects)
* Type: Full-Time, Long-Term

* Location: Bournemouth, Dorset
* Setting: Specialist SEMH secondary school
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver engaging and differentiated lessons across a range of subjects
* Support students with SEMH needs in their academic and personal development
* Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Work closely with a skilled team of support staff and senior leadership
The Ideal Candidate:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent
* Experience working with young people with SEMH or additional needs (preferred)
* Able to teach across multiple subject areas with flexibility and creativity
* Calm, resilient, and nurturing approach to classroom management

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
