Foxhills Collection is seeking a talented Golf Tournament Coordinator to join our team and manage the planning and execution of golf tournaments and events at our prestigious establishment. Responsibilities: Coordinate all aspects of golf tournaments and events, including pre-event planning, registration, on-site management, and post-event follow-up Work closely with tournament sponsors, clients, and internal departments to ensure the successful execution of each event Prepare tournament budgets, timelines, and schedules, and monitor expenses to ensure events are within budget Manage tournament logistics, including player registration, tee time assignments, scoring, and awards ceremonies Liaise with golf course staff to ensure course set-up and maintenance meet the requirements of each tournament Provide exceptional customer service to tournament participants and sponsors, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed Requirements: Previous experience in event coordination or tournament management, preferably in a golf or hospitality environment Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and vendors Proficiency in event management software Knowledge of golf tournament rules and regulations preferred Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by tournament schedules Benefits: Competitive salary package Company pension scheme – People’s Partnership Enhanced Company Sick Pay, Maternity and Paternity Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
