We’re seeking a driven, creative, and self-motivated person to support a boutique property styling business working across the Gold Coast. This is a hybrid role with flexible hours combining off-site/WFH lead generation and client service (via phone, networking, and social media) with hands-on styling support on property staging days. You’ll be working closely with the lead stylist in a role that is flexible, rewarding, and always evolving. If you love interiors, enjoy talking to people, and are looking for a flexible, freelance role that rewards initiative, this could be for you! Experience or qualifications preferred but not essential. Responsibilities: * Lead generation & client engagement * Reach out to real estate agents, vendors and developers * Use social media for outreach and connection * Seek network opportunties * Maintain agent/client relationships * Hands on styling support * Assist in planning and preparing for staging day * Pre-pack and load décor items * Support with install and set up on-site * Post-install unpacking and returns * Assist with photo/video capture for content.
