Delivery Manager – Subcontract & Subsea Production Control Systems

Baker Hughes is seeking a Delivery Manager to lead project execution with a strong focus on subcontract management within subsea oil & gas projects, particularly Subsea Production Control Systems (SPCS). This role ensures seamless integration of subcontracted scopes with highly technical subsea control system delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead end-to-end delivery of subsea projects with accountability for subcontractor performance, cost, schedule, and quality
* Develop and implement subcontracting strategies aligned with subsea production control system project requirements
* Manage delivery of Subsea Production Control Systems (SPCS), ensuring integration of hardware, software, and communication systems
* Oversee subcontractor selection, onboarding, and performance management
* Ensure alignment between subcontracted scopes and overall system delivery plans
* Drive governance through KPIs, SLAs, and performance reviews
* Manage contract administration, including variations and claims
* Collaborate with engineering teams for technical compliance
* Ensure compliance with HSE standards and offshore regulations
* Identify and mitigate risks related to system integration and subcontractors
Qualifications
* Have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
* Have Experience in subsea oil & gas project delivery
* Strong subcontract/vendor management background
* Experience with Subsea Production Control Systems (SPCS)
* Knowledge of subsea system integration
* Understanding of offshore HSE standards
* Strong commercial and financial acumen
* Experience with subsea control system suppliers
* Knowledge of communication protocols and control architectures
* PMP or PRINCE2 certification
* Experience in global organisations
* Commercial and contractual acumenTechnical understanding of subsea systems

* Risk management and problem-solving
* Ability to manage complex offshore projects
