Offer description

Responsibilities:

1. System Design and Configuration: Contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of MES/LES solutions, including building and modifying electronic batch records (EBRs) and workflows.

2. Process Optimisation: Collaborate with operations and quality teams to analyze workflows and implement process improvements using MES/LES capabilities to enhance data integrity and reduce cycle times.

3. System Management and Support: Provide frontline technical support for MES/LES platforms, troubleshooting and resolving system issues to ensure high availability.

4. Integration & Validation: Assist with the integration between MES/LES and other critical systems (ERP, LIMS, SCADA) and execute validation protocols (IQ/OQ/PQ) for system enhancements, ensuring GxP and data integrity compliance.

5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Training: Work closely with Manufacturing Operations, Quality Assurance, and Process Science teams to gather requirements, and develop/conduct training sessions for MES/LES users.


What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

6. Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (, Industrial, Chemical, Manufacturing, Computer Science) or a related technical field.

7. Hands-on experience with the configuration and support of an MES or LES platform.

8. Hands-on MES/LES configuration and support experience within a GxP-regulated manufacturing environment, with working knowledge of GxP and CSV principles.


What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

9. Familiarity with industrial automation concepts (PLCs, SCADA) and their integration with higher-level manufacturing systems.

10. Experience with SQL for data queries to support troubleshooting, data extraction, and report generation.

11. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with a solid understanding of business process analysis and workflow design.

12. Good communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.

13. Familiarity with Public Cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform) and DevSecOps concepts (CI/CD, Git).
