House Operations Administrator: The House Operations administrator ensures the smooth operation and upkeep of the Bairns Hoose facility. This position is temporary until March. Key responsibilities include managing bookings, maintaining cleanliness and supplies, overseeing security, conducting fire alarm tests, and handling purchases. Training will be provided for relevant systems and procedures, including purchase card and coding transactions on RBS.
Administrative Support Role: This position is permanent and provides essential administrative support to the local Children and Families Social Work Team, including managing documentation, minute-taking for Child Protection meetings, facilitating communication, and supporting statutory requirements with discretion and professionalism.
The Social Work Admin Service delivers administrative support to front line Social Work teams within the Argyll and Bute HSCP. We have a full time admin support worker vacancy within our Children and Families area team based in Helensburgh. The post is made up of half permanent and half temporary until end March. This role is ideally suited to someone with good organisational, IT and admin skills. This position will be office based at our Civic Centre, Helensburgh.

Candidates for this role require to have:
1. A good basic education
2. Excellent IT skills including Microsoft office applications
3. Experience of office administration
4. Understanding of confidentiality and data security
5. An internal system check undertaken in order to access Social Work databases. A PVG check may also be required where there is regular contact with families.
