Morgan Hunt are delighted to be partnering with a public sector organisation in Glasgow city Centre as they look to welcome a Procurement Business Partner to their team on a full time and permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities

* Lead strategic sourcing and tendering initiatives for high-value or high-priority contracts.
* Develop and manage contract performance KPIs with key stakeholders and suppliers.
* Ensure compliance with organisational procurement policies and processes.
* Monitor and manage ongoing contracts, including variations and improvements.
* Build strong relationships across the business and supply chain.
* Mentor and develop team members, where applicable.
* Support continuous improvement in commercial terms, processes, and supplier performance.



Skills & Experience Required

1. Degree-level education or equivalent; professional procurement qualification (CIPS) preferred.
2. Proven experience in end-to-end tendering, contract management, and stakeholder engagement.
3. Familiarity with procurement regulations and compliance frameworks.
