As an HR Apprentice, you’ll be in a permanent role from day one - learning on the job, shaping the colleague experience, and studying for your Level 5 People Professional qualification. Learning? Paid for. Costs? Covered.
Two years. HR from every angle
This 2‑year programme is based in Leeds, Bristol or Edinburgh. You’ll spend your first year in one HR area, then switch it up in year two to see another side of the profession - all while staying in your home hub.
