Key Responsibilities
* Support the Sales Manager in achieving and exceeding branch targets
* Manage a portfolio of properties from instruction to completion
* Conduct property valuations and presentations to potential vendors
* Negotiate offers and manage sales progressions
* Mentor and develop junior sales staff
* Build and maintain relationships with local solicitors, mortgage brokers, and other professionals
* Contribute to business development and marketing initiatives
* Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
* Minimum 2 years' experience in residential estate agency
* Strong track record in property sales and valuations
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
* Ambitious attitude with leadership potential
Desirable Qualifications:
* Estate agency qualifications (NAEA/ARLA)
* Experience in team leadership or training
* Local market knowledge
* Proven ability to exceed targets consistently
