We are looking for a passionate HR Coordinator wanting to deliver a first-class employee experience at the world leading hospitality company Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon. The hotel has a range of amenities including the Cast Iron Bar & Grill, our signature restaurant and fully functioning Leisure Club.

* Control and distribute emails and employee communication
* Create and maintain employee files
* Support with employee learning and development
* Assist and support candidates with the job application procedures
* Support with employee related queries
* Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data
* Support with recruitment and interviews
* Be a role model for all company policies and procedures
* Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
* Maintain confidentiality of propriety information
* Support with employee onboarding
* Tracking and maintaining employee training
* Support Marriott's fantastic employee recognition programme
