We're looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules.

Role Responsibilities:
1. Complete the weekly work order print for approx work orders dependent on requirement.
2. Prepare work orders for site delivery and share with relevant departments
3. On completion, work order archiving in the GSK SAP system needs to be actioned approximately per week
4. Rotation of work order archive cupboards and update tracker – approximately work orders per month.
5. Locate ECC's (Engineering change controls) from archive for areas
6. Archiving PELs (Production Engineering Log)
7. Run daily work order report and filter out to relevant areas depending on the requirement
8. Update yearly work order report
9. TECHO all completed work orders in the system to close out following the process
10. Retrieve work orders for audit requests and area requests
11. Monitor CMX inbox (Calibration Report)

12. Experience in administration
13. Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
14. Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
15. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
