The role of the Imagery Producer is to manage all briefs, work in progress, and final deliveries for the Image team.
Location: Hybrid - 2-3 days onsite per week
Description
This role covers 3D CG Stills, Animation, 2D Illustration, Photography, and Retouching, requiring a dedicated point of contact for each specialist area. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, methodical, possess strong communication skills, and be capable of planning and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Responsibilities include supporting clients across various media globally, managing project deadlines and requirements, maintaining records, and ensuring effective communication with the team and managers. The role involves proactive planning, updating stakeholders, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of all imagery assets.
Accountabilities
* Take briefs from any business area and oversee their successful delivery
* Build positive relationships within the team
* Understand client challenges and priorities
* Contribute to team strategy and planning
* Maintain regular contact with Creative and Commercial Managers
* Assess the feasibility of creative briefs based on requirements, time, and resources
* Learn client systems, review, and production processes
* Ensure work progresses on time and within budget, monitoring job status daily
* Keep team members updated on project statuses
* Support team motivation during high-pressure periods
* Ensure briefs are detailed and accurate
* Coordinate with brief owners to ensure asset availability
* Act as communication link between the Image team and other departments
* Manage account systems and raise PO’s for outsourced or freelance imagery
* Obtain approval for estimates before starting work
* Ensure invoices are issued promptly and accurately
Skills
The ideal candidate should have at least 3+ years of planning and project management experience, preferably within a CG or Photography environment. A keen interest in these areas is advantageous. The candidate should be a decision-maker with excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to remain calm under pressure. Proactivity, a positive attitude, and a proactive approach are essential.
