Senior Operations Clerk – Booker's Distribution Centre
Location: Waldrist Way Belvedere (Booker Retail Partner Distribution Centre)
Working Hours: Part time – Tuesday to Thursday 14:00 to 22:00

Responsibilities
* Complete the relevant accident investigation paperwork
* Deal with CRM queries and resolve allocated tickets within set deadlines
* Manage control of the fuel system
* Handle day‑to‑day management of Transport Operations such as route departures
* Download and process tachographs
* Communicate with managers and liaise with transport, warehouse and CST team members
Qualifications
* Data entry / administrative experience
* GCSE Maths and English grade C or above (or equivalent literacy and numeric skills)
* PC literate
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to analyse verbal and numeric data
* Able to work on own initiative and under pressure
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Good time‑management and organisational skills
* Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment
* Attention to detail and accuracy
* Experience with HGV drivers or in a similar transport role is ideal but transferable skills will be considered
