Key Responsibilities Maintain, calibrate, and service a range of welding and engineering equipment on-site. Diagnose and resolve both routine and complex equipment faults and breakdowns. Ensure all equipment remains compliant with relevant safety and regulatory standards. Build and nurture strong working relationships with clients through excellent service delivery. Make informed decisions regarding repair strategies and maintenance planning. Schedule and coordinate routine servicing directly with client teams. Promote and maintain a strong health and safety culture on-site. Demonstrate adaptability and a positive attitude in supporting Speedy’s strategic goals. Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy – Decade to Deliver. What You’ll Need A valid UK driving licence – essential for travel to customer sites. A strong background in the maintenance and repair of welding and engineering equipment, ideally supported by a recognised apprenticeship. Proven experience in servicing a wide range of welding equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues at all levels. A self-motivated, organised, and professional approach to problem-solving and service delivery.
