About the Role As a Paralegal in Road Traffic Accident claims, you will: Manage RTA Cases : Oversee pre-litigated RTA claims, ensuring timely progression and accurate documentation. Prepare Legal Documents : Draft statements, letters and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with legal standards. Client Interaction : Liaise with clients, third parties, and medical professionals to ensure the smooth running of each case. Team Collaboration : Work closely with your team to develop effective case strategies, while mentoring and providing guidance to junior members of the team. What We’re Looking For RTA Experience : Proven experience in handling Road Traffic Accident claims is essential. Strong Legal Knowledge : A thorough understanding of personal injury law, especially in the context of RTAs.
