Duties
* Carry out vehicle repairs to the highest standards, ensuring all work meets safety and environmental regulations
* Diagnose faults accurately and efficiently using advanced diagnostic equipment
* Perform routine maintenance and servicing tasks as a Vehicle Technician
* Provide clear communication with customers regarding repairs and required work
* Work effectively as part of a team to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
* Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out as a Vehicle Technician
Requirements
* Fully qualified Automotive Technician with Level 3 NVQ or equivalent
* Proven experience working as a Vehicle Technician within a dealership environment is desirable
* Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service
* Ability to work independently and within a team setting
* MOT Licence is advantageous but not essential
* A genuine passion for vehicles and the automotive industry
