On behalf of Tesco Bank, AMS are now looking for two IT Risk & Controls Assurance Managers (Business Readiness) based remotely for a 12 month contract.
Job description - the role
Purpose of the role:
On behalf of Tesco Bank, we're looking for two proactive and detail-oriented IT Risk & Controls Assurance Managers (Business Readiness) to join the Risk, Controls and Readiness Workstream at Tesco Bank, part of Barclays Bank UK Plc.
In this role, you will coordinate readiness activities across multiple delivery workstreams and functional areas. This role is critical to ensuring that business units are fully prepared for change implementation, with robust tracking, validation and stakeholder engagement processes in place.
What you'll do:
* Outcome Definition and Tracking
* Readiness Tracking and Assessment
* Stakeholder Engagement and Governance
* Documentation and Evidence Management
The skills you'll need:
* Multiple years' experience of conducting assurance in financial services
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Ability to interpret and challenge evidence, ensuring completeness and appropriateness
* Familiarity with governance frameworks and Lines of Defence models
* Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving requirements
* Experience of assuring integration programmes
* Experience in Risk and Control Management
Desirable criteria includes:
* Proficiency in SharePoint and readiness tracking tools
